The project creates a modest, contemporary single storey family home and separate home office within the Norfolk Road Conservation area, near Park Hill in Sheffield. The new building aims to provide a lifetime family home which embraces sustainability, exemplar design and sits comfortably in its surroundings.

The buildings form is stepped creating a variety of internal spaces and is centred around an internal courtyard bringing natural day light, ventilation and vegetation within the new family home. The project has been submitted for planning and we're awaiting a decision from Sheffield City Council.
