From Works was approached to re-design a previously awkward and impractical kitchen dining space within the Little Kelham Development in Sheffield. In collaboration with our sister kitchen design studio Ma-kon we created a refined oak and stainless steel kitchen to create a calm interior as a retreat from our clients busy professional work lives.

We remodelled the whole space and replaced the flooring, electrical and lighting layout within the room. The new kitchen is contemporary in its design with a classic material palette of oak kitchen cabinetry and stainless steel worktops with polished warm grey concrete screed floor.

An integrated ambient uplight hidden within the splash back and bench seat connects the kitchen and dining area together with a gentle horizontal uplight.
